Re: AQo deep flop good
How often does everyone here donk-bet into a monotone flop just as a bluff?
example: CO or Button opens for $6 Hero flat calls with 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Flop: ($13) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Hero donkbets $8 I find a donkbet here puts tremendous pressure on a villain (assuming he's not a huge station) |

Re: AQo deep flop good
goofy, I told orange he should probably just c/c cuz he's a nit like you
But I have no idea what people are talking about in this thread anyway, then again, I have no idea how you balance your game to. Do you balance it by raising to 3 BBs 1/2 the time with aces and 4 BBs the other 1/2 ? |

b/3b the flop. I didn't read the replies, but I feel like I am missing something? [/ QUOTE ] When you 3b over a raise, one of two things will happen; either he has a hand you have totally crushed and folds, or you end up getting 200BB in the pot as a substantial dog. Generally this is not a good way to play. |

[/ QUOTE ] the same could be said of checkraising - regardless of what you do you're not gonna get all the money in ahead here the advantage of leading the flop is that some players will raise you quite liberally |
