quesrtion bc i can't tell: are people seriously advocating checking (and folding...?) a straight on this board? aisle are you joking or not?

duck this is T9 mostly bc red 3-bet wilddly, and is prob 3-betting TT 60-80% of the time, and 99 40-65% of the time, if I had to guess.

Check/folding makes a lot more sense with KJ than shoving without some pretty serious history IMO.

I play A LOT lower than this, but I think wdzrich has been pretty spot on in this thread.

KJ is seemingly a push on the river, since half the thread is saying call with KQ/overpairs apparently.

Based on what i've read/heard, Redargoe is not really the type to make huge bluffs (?) so that would play a partial role in this decision here.

First of all, there ARE hands he could have here IMO. I think QQ is definitely possible here with the current dynamic that these two have if he wanted to get tricky and think Q/T could be just as well. And ofcourse quads is a possible hand as mentioned already. So he COULD have a hand here.

Now as far as him bluffing...since he has to know that you are aware of the dynamic going on between you two, he has to expect that you expect him to play back soon. And by you calling on the turn here I think he has to at least give you credit SOME % of othe time for the 9 or the T on the turn, which given your history you could definitely be betting as well. Because of this, I don't think this would be a spot that he'd be bluffing in since he'd already feel as though you might be expecting him to play back soon....not to mention the fact that his line doesn't look like it makes any sense anyway so you could very well look him up with the 9 or a Q sometimes... AND could have the T sometimes yourself. Seems it wouldn't be the type of spot he'd try to pull this type of bluff.

This would all add up to a fold for me. Would be a pretty weird bluff at the wrong time, and his line definitely could have real hands that play it like this.

muck the turn quickly unless you don't like money. From my experience with redargoe, he isn't one to make big bluffs.
