Cashed out stars to EPass on Tuesday, cleared that night, withdrew from ATM today.

Sounds like it'd be faster to do a p2p transfer and cash out from stars.

Probably so, but usually FTP is quick with these. This is only the second time it has taken more than 2 hours for me to cashout to epass.

Cashed out on the morning of the 10th, cleared on 13th. Before that I cashed out on the 7th and it cleared on the 10th. 3 day turnaround is definitely slower than normal (they usually clear next business day for me) but it's not a tragedy either.

This is very troubling. Can we get an explanation as to why some cashouts are being processed and some are not? This obviously isn't just a "higher than normal volume" issue. Why not at least just lay out the truth?
