Deja Vu is probably a 7.

I really like Tony Scott's Spy Game and Enemy of the State - Deja Vu is not as good as either of those, but still worth a watch.

The Black Dahlia is pretty poor and is probably worth skipping, unless you are particularly fond of Scarlett Johansson or Hilary Swank (who both look hot in it).
