dozens of missed opportunities, Losman looking decidedly mediocre, stupid play calling at the end, and a last-second loss.

same old Bills.

[/ QUOTE ]

Fairchild really pisses me off. He's way too obvious. The only 2 plays I liked all day were the 3rd and 9 sweep that picked up a first and the 3rd and long run TD.

This team had no business being in the game, save for the special teams.

[/ QUOTE ]

Ha, well yah the 3rd&long runs worked. I thought Denver's repeated 2nd&long screens were extremely obvious, as was the 4th down empty backfield QB run. They have better players though.

[/ QUOTE ]

Who doesn't? Gonna be fighting for the #1 pick. And I'm generally an optimist.

I 100% believe they're going to magically get better and RUN BITCH ASS DENVER RIGHT OUT OF THE [censored] STADIUM

[/ QUOTE ]

lol, no.

[/ QUOTE ]

As a Denver fan I hate to agree with the Bills winning this Sunday against Denver. Denver has come out flat in the first game the last two years against St. Louis and Miami. I don't expect it any different this year.

[/ QUOTE ]

Well you should expect it to be different. Denver will blow the Bills out of the water.

[/ QUOTE ]

Well, I was wrong, the Broncos squeaked by. Still a pretty poor game for them. If total yards was an indication the Bills did get blown out of the water.

It's just so frustrating to be in the NFL where teams go from awful to good in like a year or two and we've been mediocre for so many years now. And since we lost like all our good players from last year to other teams in the offseason, it doesn't look like it's going to turn around anytime soon. We might as well be the Pittsburgh Pirates.

It would help if they spent the monies a little more liberally, but there's more to it than that. Fletch & Spikes were brought in as FA's. We spend $ on guys like Chris Kelsay, Josh Reed & Peerless Price. I don't understand it - it's so easy to replace these guys & get the same production (nothing) by paying vet minimums at these positions. Not re-signing Pat Williams was the worst mistake of the last several yrs; though that's not the current regime's fault.

At least the Minnesota GM is competent. I saw recently that he resigned Williams to an extension. If only TD hadn't screwed this franchise over...
