Compare it to AJ's post a while back telling unnamed people they better knock it the [censored] off or he would have no problem reporting them.

Which one seems like a better approach? Which one seems more likely to be taken seriously?

btw- if clear violations of t&c are happening, I'm pretty sure Nath is one of the first to say it's wrong and it should stop. I just think people think this approach to it basically sucks.
