I imagine if they showed it was his fault then sure it is. I work for a concrete company and I've heard of drivers getting their load too wet and having to pay for the load.

Seems really suspicious that an employee would simply call you about this. In all likelihood, he's already been fired for his mistake, as most employees are a dime a dozen.

The courier will be paid for, I just have to call fedex and give them thier account number, and they will send someone over. Guess the right thing to do is send it back, I just hate having to take a gift back.
