I guess I'll explain it a third time. If I have any incident where I have to speak with the police I have to disclose it on the bar application as well as explain it in front of a Character and Fitness Review Board. I would have no chance at sitting for the bar if I have to tell them I had an altercation because some braindead assclown cut in line at Best Buy.

The Board is not going to care about a [censored] conversation with police you may have had at Best Buy. They aren't going to make you go in front of the ethics committee and explain it.
