No way, she has seriously thick arms and that fatty/flabby stuff around the armpits is totally unattractive (reminds me of Cindy Violette to be honest). Of that group she'd be the last one I would try to slip a rufi to.

I just went and looked at the pictures on their website and I know two of the guys in them from the summer I spent in DC. I lived with an guy who was a staffer and met a bunch of these people. About half of them live in Georgetown off their parents money while making nothing on the Hill. The other half are hard working and good guys, but tend to go to these affairs b/c best people to network with are the rich connected douches and of course there are a bunch of hot chicks.

The Capital Club who hosted the event is supposed to be the 100 top up and coming young men in DC. It is obviously very WASPy. Also because it is elite, it tend to be a bunch of rich douches, but it also is great for connections. But the guy I lived with who was a Hispanic nearly joined because of the connections people make through it.

I know the guys in both of these pictures. Guy in first pic is a huge douche but guy in the second picture is a really good dude:
