I just set up them up like this then stack 3 in each quadrant. Probably not a very good way but it works for me.

Thats kind of tough to answer since I really have no idea how much people are playing except when Im playing. I also dont know how many tables they are playing.

Hmmm I could be way off but Id say(in no particular order). Im sure Im missing a few but these are the ones I could think of off the top of my head.
