Yeah, sure, but on the turn JJ and a full house / quads made up WAY more of his range than KK and QQ.

So we are worried that he might have a jack on the turn, but confident that he doesn't on the river?

Are we basing this on the size of his blocking bet (Which could be a suck bet)?

Absolutely, but you could have bet more on the turn than his blocking bet was. This would have won you more money a higher percent of the time.
