great trip report again bond, however the last few hands of the day made me kinda sad....next time slow down when you are feeling tired and running on empty.

Another great tr.

Allegedly when your body cools down a bit it makes you sleepy. So many suggest a hot tub or a hot shower prior to bed...the cooling down when you get out supposedly helps you sleep.
