Let's elaborate on Sunglasses

I'm on the hunt for some sunglasses right now, I'll go shopping on the weekend probably. My face really only goes well with sunglasses with lenses that aren't too tall. I dunno how else to explain it, thinner maybe? slim? The opposite of big and round?

Anyways, anyone have any specific recommendations for that? There are some oakley's which look ok, but most are a little too round for my face...chinese eyes etc.

Also, I'm kind of a sunglass noob, so oakley's are really the only brand i'm familiar with. Any other solid brands I should keep in mind?

Anyway, I just bought these and I absolutely love them. Honestly the first pair of sunglasses I ever bought for myself as I've always felt my face did not work well with sunglasses. But I'd definitely do me if I was a chick just for wearing these sunglasses.

Took my own pictures because I don't know the model number, but they're Ray-Ban Aviators with silver frames and black-to-gray lenses. $138 with tax at sunglass store in the mall.

I wish I could buy a nice pair of sunglasses. Unfortunately Far too often I find myself saying or hearing "See, this is why we can't have nice things." I just can't guarantee that they'd last more than 2 weeks.
This is due to three main factors:
1. Drinking
2. Dogs
3. Being an idiot- often combined with #1

WOW! I topic I am very familiar with. I have over $2k in sunglasses but do not wear any while playing poker or golf.

Maui Jim and Costa Del Mar are by far my favorites.

I do not understand how someone cannot invest in high quality sunglasses.

I really like these Oakleys. They're called the Why 8.2s. Kinda hard to find a good selection of them in stores though.
