Well I like Bones better than PT and H&D, but I could get behind the LAST 4 being the best closing songs -- Bulletproof, Black Star, Sulk, and Street Spirit.

I think it's obviously Kid A, like objective scientifically Kid A is obviously the best album out of the lot...

For some reason it inordinately depresses me that someone with an avatar as awesome as yours would make a ridiculous claim like this (not that Kid A is awesome, which it is, but that there's objectivity to its superiority over other Radiohead works).

Don't want a pointless definitional battle, but Kid A for me is definitely their strongest work, where technique doesn't give way to virtuosity and the actual emotional impact is very strong, and lyrics + meldoy marry so well.
