Fred, can you look into the following bug? I e-mailed this to support 2 months ago, but it is still broken:

This problem is reproducible and I experienced it in several NLHE tournaments today. If I time out on a hand (e.g. preflop), I am folded automatically, as expected. When my next hand is dealt, I quickly click the "I am back" button, but when it comes my turn to act, my hand is still folded.

This is disastrous, especially when the blinds are big. Even if you are on the big blind, and the pot is not raised, your hand is still folded!

Can anyone help me with this?

I've just got a new computer. I've set up hhs to be saved automatically on wpex but they just aren't being written to the hard drive. The wpex software seems to think they are but there is nothing there.

Not had a problem on my other computer. Vista related? Maybe McAffee?

Thanks for any help,
James

Definitely a vista issue. You need to run the client as an administrator when you open it.

Do you need to be admin EVERY time you run the software or just the first time when setting up the "save hand histories" options?

I have a question... who is the guy getting $5k a week in rakeback? ... I don't mean 'whats his name'; rather, I'd like to know what kind of stakes is he playing and how many hands does he play a week?

My VERY best wsex week has seen me break the $1k mark (playing low stakes), I'd be interested in what it takes to break the $5k mark in one week.

It was me for a while but im sacrificing a little bit of it for quality of life PLaying mostly 20-40 and 30-60 with some higher games when they run. I dunno how many hands, but a lot.

Here is a bug that is is not disastrous, but should be put on the list to fix:

It happens when you are playing a Multi Table Tournament. One player goes all in pre-flop and is called by another player. The flop and turn are dealt. But then, right before the river card is about to appear, the table disappears, and you find yourself at a new table. The previous table broke, but you never got to see the end of the hand. Again, this is not disastrous, but just annoying and buggy-looking.

Other requests:
-Try to improve the action timer so that it burns down more evenly.
-Add a clock indicating the number of seconds remaining.
-Introduce a 3-5 second grace period after the burndown bar disappears (similar to Full Tilt).
-Provide an additional time bank for tournaments (similar to Pokerstars).

The only way I have made it work is by running as admin manually every time. If you figure out another solution please let me know.

Hi everyone, we just put this out today. Please join us Thursday night.

------------------------------------------

Greetings Poker Players,

Last April World Sports Exchange, WSEX.com, sought to revolutionize the poker business by offering its services rake free. Many of you signed up since then and have enjoyed the fruits of 100% rakeback every Monday. World Sports Exchange has refunded almost $20 million in rake since we began this program.

Those who currently play with us realize the magnitude of this program. To those who have never funded, or those who have not played in some time, we are inviting you to play this Thursday, the 17th of May, from 8 PM to 10 PM Eastern.

Help World Poker Exchange PRIME THE PUMP and get this no rake thing into full gear! WSEX acknowledges there were software issues when we rolled out the project, but they have all been addressed. The platform is very stable now. We have added many features including hand histories to hard drives and 6-Max tables.

You no longer have any excuse. If you are playing anywhere else, you are throwing away money. Rake kills your bankroll like nothing else. Remember, it's your poker room, we gave it to the players. The more who show up and stick around the better it is for everyone. Together we can make this work.

Remember, if you don't have action, nothing can happen.

World Sports Exchange

WSEX.com
WorldPX.com

*Please note our "Aces Never Lose" promotion will be running Thursday night. See our web site, www.worldpx.com, for details.

**World Sports Exchange, WSEX.com, and its sister companies are licensed sportsbooks and casinos and regulated by the Government of Antigua and Barbuda. All transactions take place on our servers in Antigua where we are wholly located.

I haven't played as WSEX in forever so I have a few questions if someone would be so kind as to answer real quick. And yes I know these have prolly been answered before but I didn't feel like digging through all the old posts.

1. Does WPEX refund the rake for tournaments and sit n gos? I know in the very beginning they either did not or they had a problem with it and sometimes you wouldn't get credited for it.

2. I deposited using my PayTru card. Will I have any problems withdrawing by check? What kind of documents, if any, will I have to send them.

TY, TY.
