i cash out weekly at bodog via wu and it has never taken more than 3 days. but still see people cashing out via check and waiting for a month. and some get checks that bounce, so save yourself alot of trouble and go wu.

Requested wu on 5/01 but apparently they made a mistake, it was sent check by mail... they wouldnt even talk to me til I waited over 10 business days then after talking to about 4 seperate clueless customer service reps yesterday and finally get hold of a manager they were able to send in an email to their check processor to see if they could reverse it and send it out for me wu instead. Ended up getting a new email from payouts yesterday which I would later find out would be to confirm theyre finally send my cashout via wu, however it now says can take up to 20 business days on average and its been over 24hrs still nothing.
Anyone requested a wu cashout recently? If so how long did it take ya? Just want to get my freaking cashout, [censored] was such a hassle this time around for a mistake they made not even my fault...

3 days and still waiting for WU information.

Cashier says average of 10 BUSINESS days for WU when initiating it, fwiw.

Thought I was being smart going WU route as my last checks have taken about a month. Now it seems WU has gone to snail's-pace as well.

Sigh.

Come on Bodog WTF! Had to wait 13-14 days before you guys would even answer my inquiry about my withdrawal which they messed up and put through as check by mail instead of what I put in western union... 14 days later after yelling at about 4 incompetent customer service reps, I finally talk to a manager and they are able to reverse the funds from the check processor and re route my cashout to western union finally. Well geuss what? It's been over another 2-3 days after that and I still don't have [censored] while majority of people here make weekly withdrawals and get theres for the most part within 24hrs, maybe 48 at latest.
Come on you pricks get your fukin act together wtf!

I'm pretty new on Bodog and just requested a cashout via Western Union. Just curious as to what the process is after I requested the payout via "money transfer". Will I get some type of info to select a pickup location from Bodog? Or whats the next step?

You just basically wait for the email to come with sender's details, control number, etc that you can take down to your local western union pickup spot and go pick it up. Which are usually in grocery stores, check cashing type places (can look up locations near you at westernunion.com I believe).
But yea let us know how long it takes you to get sent the details, as you can see some of us have got the short end of the stick for quiet sometime.

after taking no longer than 2 days in all my previous WU attempts, i made one last tuesday, the money was taken out thursday, and i got the pickup info this afternoon. So i guess 8 days(including weekends) in total, still within their 7-10 day policy.

Also check your messages on Bodog, sometimes they do not send the e-mail.
