You'd think that the throw from the knees bit would jolt the scouts in to remembering when Kyle Boller did it, and maybe the scouts would realize how absurdly overrated arm strength is for a QB.

1) it is dangerous
2) it is not a legal throw that ever occurs in the NFL.
