I met the guy who owns Stoolie's in Gainsville (from the above link). Good burgers, cold beer and surprisingly cute (but really young) bartenders. I always try to support them on my way back to Dallas.

dont forget the race at Texas Moter Speedway this weekend.... will make it pretty crazy travel and hotel-wise

Unless you are coming from South of Dallas or the directly in the mid-cities area, driving North to Winstar will be against traffic. I can't imagine it being a problem. Especially Saturday. Sunday is the big sellout.
