Don't leave the apartment, don't play poker.
Your father has not predicted the future, but this is somewhat irrelevent.
On the off chance that something did happen to you and your father was right, I am pretty sure that the pain it causes him by not being able to warn you would ruin his life enough that it is probably worth wasting a day for.

At the same time, if you want to make your father miserable(not too sure how your relationship is with him), then carry on with your normal routine.
