i have met all of your criteria before (lost well over 10% of my total net worth in a 12hour period because of tilting and playing over my head because of tilt), it was not fun

i lost $12,000 about 2 weeks ago, playing mostly 10/20 plo. thing is, i lost about $40,000 worth of pots that day where I was a pretty big favourite to win vs uberdonks who kept on rivering me...yet stayed without losing my whole bankroll because it was a ridiculously soft game and was picking up plenty of pots / getting money in with opps drawing superthin so much that occasionally hands wud hold up for me.
Then, after about 10 hrs of nonstop playing and 2 hours of not winning a [censored] pot, I tilted off $2k of my remaining $6k (whole roll was at table obv) and quickly made the switch to 50/100 limit holdem *a game which i seriously suck at* and played 3-handed vs a couple of regs and also obv ran like [censored] there and lost it all. Cliffnotes: Beat: Lost $12k (whole online roll) being worth just over $100k before this loss. Brag: Was up $30k in the 2-3 weeks prior to this loss. Variance: Not sure how much was as a result of tilt, and how much was as a result of not realising that resistance against mega-doomswitch is futile.

I was wasted drunk after a night of partying in Vegas and went to the dice table at 5 am alone with about $8k in my pocket (prob about 7% of my liquid net worth at the time). Pumped it up to about $16k all the while pounding more alcohol. I left the table at about noon with zilch in my pocket.

roll (and net worth) was 40Kish, lost around $4,500 on a bunch of hockey games in a 4 hour period.
