Re: 24 3/5
Seems to be a lot of mixed feelings on this one. I personally thought it was easily the best episode of the season. Jack's decision to (apparently?) just walk out the door was beyond bizarre though.

[/ QUOTE ] Is everyone drunk when they watch this show? The writers for 24 are idiots, but they're not THAT stupid. Jack was calling CTU while pacing toward the door. He wasn't running out the door to surrender or chat with his Euro friends. Still, it defies logic. Jack warns them that he has a gun to the EvilDude's head -- he knows he has to keep them at bay. When he finally extracts his info -- what a shock, torture works on this show -- he strays pointlessly toward the door, away from the EvilDude. Yet he has the street smarts and intuition to always know the proper way to handle almost every situation? This is like middle school knowledge. Dude, place the call, THEN pace if you must. |

Of all the crappy parts of this episode, the assassins letting Lennox live and then him turning them in probably pissed me off the most. It was just really poorly planned writing. No way the main killer would trust Lennox to keep his mouth shut. He'd try to off him. Lennox should've been saved by secret service or something. [/ QUOTE ] Only Jack Bauer is allowed to save people, and only if he gets permission from Chuck Norris. |

Re: 24 3/5
I don't get this complaint about Jack walking our or being near the door. My recollection is that he merely turned that way while starting to make a call. Taking a step or two does not require any explanation.
Anyway, however steps he may have taken, it was obvious that the Russians blew the door down before he could call CTU. Less than 5 seconds probably elapsed between the time he received the information and was apprehended. |

Re: 24 3/5
Obviously the two biggest problems was Lennox being allowed to be walk out and Jack going towards the door.
I was really hoping that bomber was going to kill lennox and reed |
