I'm 27, 5'7", weighed about 145-150 in H.S. mostly muscle mass. Now I'm 170 and it's a lot of flabbiness; I lost all the muscle mass from H.S.(about 20 lbs) and gained it back and then some in fat weight.

I was a bean pole in high school at 6'2" 160. I'm now 225 and a ton more muscular. It's probably about 40 lbs of fat.

I wrestled in College at 118 lbs (5"7'). I weight 180 lbs right now. I'm not as fat as you would think...

I was 170 lbs when I graduated HS ten years ago.
Now 190 lbs.
