i paid 32 for 110 of Xtreme, i think the site was netnutri.com or something like that...

took one pill this morning, so far no crazy sweating or heat, but ive been burping a bit (tastes like rasberry)...ive also been pissing like crazy, but not sure i can blame the HotRox for that...

as for transitioning back to a "normal" eating schedule after a hypocaloric diet check t-nation articles/blogs written by Chris Shugart...he has a bunch of threads about transitioning off of his Velocity Diet which are good reads...

Starting a one-solid per day velocity diet today, wish me luck...1350 calories mostly from 4 protein shakes + one meal per day...

Wheres the best place to pick some of the stuff mentioned in this thread? GNC? Online?

I'm not seriously into lifting, working out but I run regularly and use my kettlebells a fair bit. If I ever get serious about cutting, bulking, whatever it'd be helpful to know a good place to pick up some supplements.

Online is the only place to find stuff nowadays, at least at a good price.

I got mine at GNC for $39.99 for 110 pills.

wtf? I just paid 59.99 at GNC! Vitamin World was 69.99.

wtf?

One serious drawback . . . I take my first dose at 6:30 AM, the 2nd at 12:30 (as recommended) and I haven't been able to fall asleep before 2:00 AM yet.

On the bright side, I am not tired . . . yet.

5 pounds, 2 days.

This stuff makes me feel fantastic, focused and energetic; however, my wife claims she doesn't feel different at all.

Anyway, it's probably just different tolerances, but could there be issues with dependence over the long-term? I've read as much as I could about this stuff, but haven't found anyone claiming dependence or concerns regarding dependence, which seems kinda surprising given the way Hot-Rox Extreme makes me feel.

It sounds like these things have a very real effect on your body. Are they/shouldn't they be approved by some govn't medical review?
