"The cards are issued by the Global Bank of Commerce in Antigua. Obviously all transactions through the ATM systems are recorded and could be linked back to you. I certainly would not say that it is as random as a gift certificate.

The visa cards are only issued under strict regulations as a result of the Patriot Act, and one of the requirements of issuing the card is you providing your SSN."

Until Pokerstars and other pokersites bare the costs of all fees with new processors, it will never be a step in the correct direction.

Fish won't care. They will look at the fees as the cost of entertainment and ease of getting money onto their favorite site.

Never a step in the right direction? Perhaps you would prefer no options and Stars to exit the U.S. market so that you could save a few bucks on fees? They are trying to stick around, [censored] nit.

Yep, at the time I was talking about MoneyGram though. It didn't come through the way I thought it would, but I think this is definitely a big step in the right direction.

Hell, you could give it to him outright with no strings attached and he'd still find a reason to whine and bitch.

I can see the deposit option. Click Buy Chips, should be in the upper left corner.
