Re: How many beers does it take to get you drunk?
This depends entirely on the length of time I am drinking. Yesterday I started drinking at 2pm and drank 2/3 a bottle of whiskey until about 8pm. I then had three beers, 1/4th a bottle of Makers, a couple of shots and three more beers at the bar. So I drank a [censored] throughout the day, but I wasnt wasted until I slammed a few beers after drinking whiskey all day.
I would say normally I get drunk pretty quickly, say 4 beers in an hour and I feel good. 6 in an hour and Im drunk. |

Re: How many beers does it take to get you drunk?
I'm 6' 170, Usually go out 4 nights a week
6 for a good buzz, 10-13 for desireable drunkeness, And after that I usually can't drink anymore cuz my stomach gets full. So I stop there most nights, continue with shots some other nights. This is assuming crappy domestic beer around 5% abv, which I try to stay away from |

[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] I get beers for $3, and spend about $80 every time I go to the pub. So around 27. [/ QUOTE ] Your friends are buying on your tab behind your back. [/ QUOTE ] You would think so, wouldn't you. When I go to the pub I go at 6pm and leave at 4am. Not that I'm proud of it, but we don't operate on tabs here, you pay as you go. Re: How many beers does it take to get you drunk?
Since I really don't party as much and mostly go to bars, 2-3 pints makes for a decent buzz, 4 in a couple hours will get me quite drunk. 5'6", 160. Although I generally drink "real" beer instead of watered-down crap, so it might have a higher alcohol content.
