Re: Star Trek: The Next Generation (GAME THREAD)
Deanna is powerful in this game. She could come out turn 1, but we basically need her to live as long as possible. Her endgame triple masonry is devastating. I really don't know about Deanna revealing d1 or d2...
That said, the Deanna-Worf engine should be brutal, if Deanna can spot Borg and villagers. |

Re: Star Trek: The Next Generation (GAME THREAD)
Typing the above out just made me realize something.
No matter what happens: The two mason'd computer techies MUST check the computer logs tonight and communicate with their mason what actions happened during the nighttime. Wait...no...their mason could be a borg and then they could lead the borg straight to the seers and the vigilante. In fact, the borg could do a LOT with that computer information. Wait, never mind. The Borg is likely to have a computer techie guy as is. That Borg guy will 100% check the computer logs for night actions. Okay, now I'm sure of it. MASON COMPUTER TECHIES - you MUST check the computer logs tonight and report fully to your mason what you find. |

Unless the borg get super lucky & find a doctor real quick, then I don't see the problem. Hopefully a seer isn't borg.

Re: Star Trek: The Next Generation (GAME THREAD)
Mod note!
Checking computer logs does not give any information about the current night. You may choose to view either the previous two nights, or later in the game you may choose to view any single night (other than the current one). |

If Deanna is Borg, very
She is worth two seers, IMHO, with all the masonries she has. I wonder if getting the masonry engine now is worth getting it. If Deanna does this, we can get a triple masonry going very, very quickly. Deanna checks Lwaxana, checks Riker, and suddenly, Village has double seer masonry going along with a vigilante masonry and another confirmed villager. If you have masonry and are Deanna/Lwaxana, say nothing until you've seer cleared. This masonry is ridiculous. |

Re: Star Trek: The Next Generation (GAME THREAD)
soah, would you like to be masons?
Nix my check the computer logs tonight, nix the computer log checking the night after. 2 days from now, both masonic techies will check the computer log for the previous 2 days. This must be done and is the only action I'm sure of which must be done at the exact time. |

Don't we need to find out if Deanna is borg ASAP?

STRATEGY POST: Deanna Troi, come out RIGHT NOW. Worf, "kill" her tonight. Both doctors, protect Deanna Troi. For the rest of the game, both doctors protect Deanna Troi. Reginald Barclay - prevent a force field from appearing on Deanna Troi's door. The two mason'd computer techies (Miles O'Brien & Wesley Crusher) - check the computer logs "to see all actions that appeared the previous night" This strategy post was thought out very quickly within ~10 minutes, so it may or may not have a fatal flaw to it, or it may be brilliant [/ QUOTE ] Uh... Am I missing something, or isn't it possible we dont' have any doctors? Losing Deanna would be bad. I think Worf is the only person we can be sure of is village, right? |
