ummm yea, I'm not even going to say anything because I think my point of view is pretty well known by now...but yea, I think a "I told you so" is in order.

joe,

how can you be so high and mighty about "told you so" which i think must be saying "told you these guys were bad," in the same thread in which you suggest calling significantly tighter than everyone else? the worse you think he is the more you should call...

Haha, you just dont get it citanul, which I find really funny. But yea, your right I'm a nit and will get run over by getting rereraised all in by large ranges and my calling range is too small...whatever.

Ah, now we know why 10% ROIs are achievable in the 1K SNGs.

From what I understand, Bax is a winning sng player...that being said, imagine what kind of crap the bad players are doing.

joe,

i know you think the play is obviously bad, and that it is obviously bad. what i'm saying is that obviously you should be taking it one step further and at least calling with JJ here, i mean wtf? the games are soft and will always likely be soft, at all stakes, so who cares. but saying "these people are unspeakably bad" and then "i call tighter than anyone else" is inconsistent. obviously only a small percentage of players actually have the problem of being too aggro preflop in early levels, but it's important to take the money of all the idiots, not just idiots who make certain kinds of mistakes.

Yes, my play was horrible. And yes, I believe I know who you are. If you were the kid on my left at the WSOP, that I ck/called on the flop then led the turn and river w/QTs that crippled you, then I remember you.

I will try not to push into you with garbage again, if you try not to make nasty comments when I correctly shove and am lucky enough to catch my 3 outer.

Context my friend.

Re-read FJs posts in this thread.

The first bit, about horrible play was the OP hand.

The 3 outer comment relates to a totally different hand where FJ made some comment after JB sucked out. Without the hand we can only speculate that it was a solid push against a solid call and riverstars struck again.

Id say
90% of the stars regulars have a problem with being too aggro in the early levels.

I spoke to bax and he explained his play to me:

"I dont care about ranges, numbers, any of that crap...someome comes into my house and tries to reriase ME, he better be ready for a whole pile of chips in his eye...and if i lose that hand (whihc is obv unlikely because i will hit my ace), you can be damn well sure that guy is gonna think twicebefore reraisingme with stuff LEES than KK"...welcome to pokerstars folks...u in MY house now and NO ONE reraises ME....and ICM can smd"

....or something like that.
