This wasn't the case in SNES Mario Kart where racing ability was everything, not some power up box with a defective RNG.

Was PF multiplayer the game where you could stick those sentry guns against the wall and they would automatically fire on opponents? That sh%^ was awesome, but some of the guns were retardedly strong, like the Farsight.

speaking of SNK, how about metal slug for Neo-Geo, I know its not a snes or 64 game, but metal slug is definately the greatest side scroller ever made.
