For a 180 lb man, it is ~100 cal per mile regardless of the speed you run it (even if you run it slower, you end up taking longer so it is close to a wash).

Dear El_Diablo,

Thank you for your delicious dinner suggestion. I made all the sides, and swapped out the sausage for skinless chicken breast.

I too am embarking on a weight loss mission, although it is difficult for me because I am still recovering from leg surgery whcih makes exercise painful. Step one is to cut down on the quanity of food I eat.

I'm a lot heavier than you guys, so right now I'm just eating a lot healther + less calories. I haven't been exercising at all.

I'm going to start using the gym again tonight. 1k hands of poker, then gym, then another 1-2k hands.

Dinner tonight. Starving again after another big run (and tennis in the morning). The enchiladas don't look very good in this pic, but they are delicious. The red bell pepper was the best, though.

I lost 5 lbs today after puking for hours on end and taking 3 dumps. I think I'll patent this diet plan.
