Anyone else making payment via neteller? In the e-mail conjelco sent me after I ordered my book, it said that conjelco would absorb the peer to peer fee. This fee happens to be 1.00 so instead of 29.45, its 28.45. I would assume this is correct, I just wanted to see if anyone else had done this?

A lot of people have amazon gift cards, get deals because of specific credit cards at amazon ect. You don't expect up to pass up +EV situations like this do you?

I toke dealers for good service, and I buy some of my books from Conjelco for their support of these forums.

Got mine from the Gambler's Book Shop, today. Gotta love Vegas connections and a monthly CAT pass.

Are there people out there who have received their copy via mail, i.e. not the Gambler's Book Shop? And if so, where do you live?
