I got bitten by a centipede once. Those things are scary-ass mofos.

EDIT: Details, if anyone wants them. I was lying in bed, reading a book. I feel something brush against my neck. I assume it's just a stray thread from my shirt. More reading. Another brush. I reach back to pluck the errant thread away. To my surprise, it doesn't feel like a thread at all. Also to my surprise, I feel a stinging sensation. I pull the mysterious thing away and look at it, and it's a writhing, disgusting centipede. I hurl it away and flee the room. I was extremely freaked out, and wouldn't sleep in my bed for like a week after that.

wtf. Do cenipedes really prey on stuff? This is total bs. First off, how does this thing kill it; second, why does he eat it?
