There were a bunch of crappy PickUpArtist threads going around, Limesparks goofed on them with that Portland Ukulele Association thing, and then it blew up into The Great Uke Revolution of 2007.

This explained it better than those links did. Thanks.

GA - you know it's never too loud, just sometimes too, uh, confusing.

That new Jans album is disappointing btw tbh. Have you heard the new Beruit record? Same vein but much less mannered and overproduced.

The one about dating some chick in Berlin is genius tho.

I'd just like to appreciate anyone who has supported BBV4Life's silly childish sense of humor and fun during our fall pledge drive this month by putting a ukulele in their avatar; including PVN, Eurotrash, Butcho, Aloysius, and even Mason Malmouth himself!

Thanks to YOU, Mr. Coming-up-with-ukelele-avatars-idea-man.

Truly, there can be peace in our time between BBV4L and Politics.

Haha. I'm just saying, the new Jens Lekman might be my favorite album in five years. I think it's THAT good.

Yeah, nice. I like the idea of him interrogating someone with it too. I'll save the Pete Townshend one for later. Thanks guys.

Jaromir endorses the ukes.

However, he does not endorse scoring goals or winning games, apparently.
