If this is for real, I have to say that this is one of the best prop bets I've ever heard of in my entire life if the stakes are for real too. I have no idea what the best idea is, but tbh I think it would be possible to beat some of the really lame records within a year, so I like whoever took this side of the bet.

i agree with klompy with not much research and inquery to guinness it could be very attainable in a year, many excellent ideas have been given, i dissagree with earlier post saying that this man accepts some of the worst bets, and if he is even mad about his sons middle name hes a moron because i highly doubt he would have come up with anything half as classy as danger

I would think that something involving sheer stamina (most miles ran backwards, longest bowling, etc)

[/ QUOTE ]

Two totally different things imo.
Longest bowling marathon is obviously do-able if you have a pretty good amount of stamina.
Would still be difficult to bowl for 35 hours or whatever and obviously you would need to work up the strength in your arms to even have a chance. But it's at least possible for a determined and athletic dude.

Most miles run backwards I don't think you are going to even come close to unless you already run 70+ miles a week or something.

This looks beatable:
Fastest Lunge Mile

[/ QUOTE ]
This guy has record for having the most world records. A lot of them are athletic, I'm guessing most people couldn't beat this, although, I have no clue how long a lunge mile would take me. link

just finishing a mile of lunges would be very, very, very difficult, imo, let alone doing it at a reasonable pace.

WTF is up with the dude that's eaten 2lbs. of metal per day since 1958. How is he alive?

[/ QUOTE ]

he isn't. He died a few years ago AFAIK.

(random fact: He was the uncle of one of my classmates in middle school)

edit: wikipedia doesn't mention any death. Might have been mistaken.

He just has to get his name in the book.

[/ QUOTE ]

If that's all he has to do, then perhaps he should request the services of this guy.
