Re: Family Guy: Star Wars
I thought it was a good episode, a lot of laughs. They really did a great job matching up the shots.

Re: Family Guy: Star Wars
This was the only episode I've ever had to turn off. Really surprising that people liked it. Thought the awfulness, that was this show, would destroy the series.

This was significantly less funny than the Robot Chicken episode(and also reused the "thai=tie" joke, which is weird, because it sucked in both), so it was weird that they mentioned it. [/ QUOTE ] Not so weird when you realize that Seth Green is the co-creator of Robot Chicken and the voice of Chris. I actually thought the argument about Robot Chicken was very funny. |

Re: Family Guy: Star Wars
It was weird that they'd mention something that they repeated a joke from.

Re: Family Guy: Star Wars
I thought this show was decent, but they are overusing a lot of their jokes and it's getting old. In each episode there is a couple of good to really good jokes surrounding by really lame jokes. Like the creepy old man character is not someone who should show up in every episode.
The simpsons have a cast that never really evolves but they surrounded them with a plethora of vibrant characters who did not get stale. Family guy has that strong core, but they seemed to have stopped adding in new people to do wacky stuff with. Or maybe I just like the people who keep around all the time. |

[/ QUOTE ] This is a good point. Hans Moleman and Ralph were awesome on the Simpsons because they only showed up about once every 5 episodes. The old, pedophile guy on Family Guy was somewhat funny at first, but now is getting old fast b/c he shows up almost every episode. |
