HBO's "Tell Me You Love Me" Drama w/ simulated sex

why i wont watch the show anymore (havent seen 4th ep)

-constant whining ,this show reminds of when my GF is on her period and she's constantly nagging//whining...pssing me off with all her BS...why would i want to put myself through that for an hour evry week when im constantly trying to avoid that feeling ...rly

-i would break up with all the wives/girlfriends in the series ,,,

-Sonya Walger,never taking off her top , srsly WTF , show them boobies ..(i think she showed them once but they were hard 2 see , every subsequent shot she doesnt take her top off)

We've seen Sonya Walger's breasts in just about every episode I think, including episode 6 which is On Demand right now.

Anyway, I'm still enjoying the show a lot--even though I don't relate too much to any of the specific problems these couples are having, I still think the show does a good job of exploring relationship dynamics and keeping me interested in the characters.

Have there been any references to what city they're supposed to be living in, or it's just meant to be some generic upper-middle class cosmopolitan location?

I hope your edit was not about the old people. Anyway i checked out ep6 in on demand this morning, saw some boobs, and am pretty much done with the show.

I've been watching this show on On Demand.

I fast forward through every sceen with Penny and her husband trying to get pregnant. I hate them.

I like the couple that doesn't [censored] and watch some of their scenes.

Will not watch therapist and her husband.

Younger chef chick is cute, will watch some of that.

This show still suffers from far too many totally unlikable people.

HBO shows handies now? The first episode was playing in the background at my place and the next thing I know I look up and there it is right in front of me. Wow. What will they think of next?

The primary problem with this show is that it is joyless, and the characters are, for the most part, unlikeable. Real people have ups and downs, but these folks have only downs + brief periods where they think they might be happy, only to find they are not.

When the sexless couple finally do the deed, it will suck for both of them. Also, he doesn't want to bang her in part because I suspect she is anorgasmic, and that makes him feel like even more of a pussy than he is.

The unpregnant couple will eventually get pregnant, but it will suck and she will refuse to [censored] him while preggo so he will go back to an ex-gf for sex.

I don't care about the stalker chick and her teacher ex-BF and fast forward through most of that [censored].

The therapist will slip again with her ex-affair. Oddly, while I have no desire to see 67 year-old boobies, I think the program would be more "honest" if they showed her nekkid or mostly so.

Sadly, its really hard to care about any of the characters, and this show will be canceled soon.
