Re: April Goals - SSSH
[ QUOTE ]
1. Continue to 2-table Stars 3/6 speed tables successfully 2. 20,000 hands @ 1.3 BB/100 3. Get my $ lost in BB down and my PFR up 4. Stop spewing "nads of hands" (thanks Miles - haha) onto 2+2, unless they're somewhat original or, at least, don't suck -Brass [/ QUOTE ] Okayyy, results are in for the month. Now I can do nothing for a few days. Here we go: 10/20, 5000 hands , $615, .62 BB/100 5/10 , 5000 hands , $352, .69 BB/100 3/6 , 10000 hands, $489, .82 BB/100 I think it's funny how the BB/100 decreased as the level went up - means nothing with this sample size, though. I'm not thrilled with these results, mostly because I dropped $1000 in 150 hands at the VERY end (last 300 hands) in 10/20 playing three-handed (two and three-handed 10/20 cost me about $2000 total this month - better stay away from that crap - ugh). I've identified a bunch of areas of weakness, though, and think I might stay away from 10/20 in general until I'm able to fix some of my problems. The most important thing that I can fix is to SLOW DOWN and think more carefully about my actions. I could have probably saved at least $500 if I hadn't rushed to click my mouse so quickly so many times. VP$IP = 23 PFR = 17 Flop AF = 2.20 Turn AF = 1.88 River AF = 1.64 Total AF = 1.93 BB won/hand in BB = -.17 (still sucks, right?) BB won/hand in SB = -.06 (money, right?) The End. -Brass |

Re: April Goals - SSSH
All at Stars? How are the tables over there? Thinking about playing some 40/10 avg tables just to get my sanity back. Been banging my head against the wall playing the 30/20 tables over at UB for most of the month.
That said , I don't think your bb/sb is that bad. How much do you defend your BB? How many tables at a time? I agree about taking your time before deciding to act. This is probably something most people need to work on. |

Not too much 40/10 going on here, though, unfortunately. Some, if you look carefully, but not a lot. I was two-tabling 3/6, single/double tabling 5/10 (much prefer single), and single tabling 10/20. I defended my BB 34% at 3/6, 44% at 5/10, and 45% at 10/20. Glad to hear that my numbers are okay. I think that I don't raise enough from the BB. -Brass |

Re: April Goals - SSSH
I ended the month + a good amount if. If you throw in some staked shots at high levels when i saw a good game i had the best month of '07 i think. I don't know because of rakeback stuff i'm not adding.
It was also by far the most difficult to play through. I mean it was rough. |
