Looks good. On your check in the memo field write "For <date> 2007 POY agreement." All, the agreement is very simple. Justin sends HT check for $1,000. HT purchases $26k CD. If ZJ wins or ties 2007 CP POY, ZJ is sent the proceeds of the CD, otherwise HT keeps it.

Good point. I've had an account at Ing for several years where I keep some reserve, around $100K. I opened a CD there for this prop just because it's convenient, but that link suggests I should shop around for the best place to move the whole kit and caboodle. That won't happen now until 1/05/08, but it may happen then. TY, sir.
