ZJ,

Looks good. On your check in the memo field write "For <date> 2007 POY agreement."

All, the agreement is very simple. Justin sends HT check for $1,000. HT purchases $26k CD. If ZJ wins or ties 2007 CP POY, ZJ is sent the proceeds of the CD, otherwise HT keeps it.

This bet sucks. HT is going through a lot of trouble to prove a small point. ZJ is risking so little that the point will hardly be proved. Up the stakes!

ZJ,

You didn't love it enough to not be dedicated to winning POY earlier in the year. It was only after you stopped running so hot that you couldn't bear to be away from LA for the tourney circuit. That's all I was referring to. Maybe just a big coincidence. I know you enjoy LA.

I love most my trips to Vegas, but places like Tunica totally take the fun out of everything.

How is Tunica not right up there with Australia or LA?

I opened an ING Direct CD for $26K today. It's a nine-month term so it opens on 1/5/08, and pays 5.05% annual. Total interest component is 986 and change, I think.

Oh yes, one final thought: here's hoping that two white-hot-but-just-as-unstable models fall for ZJ and distract him from all thoughts of the 2007 POY. That's what I'll call a win-win!

Hmmm. Good point. I've had an account at Ing for several years where I keep some reserve, around $100K. I opened a CD there for this prop just because it's convenient, but that link suggests I should shop around for the best place to move the whole kit and caboodle. That won't happen now until 1/05/08, but it may happen then. TY, sir.

ZJ,

I dont know you much, other then what is on the intraweb. Probably a decent dude, just got a bad beat with the whole cheat thing. I do however agree with you here. Tunica is a very lame place.
