I was the year end local equitation champion. It's a horsey thing, I was pretty happy. I competed all year, won points, came in first against like 60 people. I've won a few other title-ish things with horses, but that was the only time I was year end champion.

And I won the district science fair in high school. yay? I just remember being bummed because my teacher lost my project and I was supposed to go to state.

Individually I won for form in a local (NJ) karate meet when I was a white belt. I beat out a bunch of much higher belts and got this HUGE trophy which I still have (almost 10 years now) that most people don't believe I actually won. It was the one and only time I ever competed.

I won a darts contest on a cruise ship and wore my cheap gold medal all day with pride. I would not consider myself very good at darts but I got 301 in the first round of play.

Other than that I've won some fantasy sports leagues, big whoop.

Back when I used to run competitively, I won a bunch of races. Most notable perhaps was the 2002 Buffalo Half-Marathon in a field of about 400, even though my time wasn't stellar (1:17). My parents still have this cool photo at their house of me breaking the tape.

Was on a team that won a baseball championship when I was like 10...we werent in the little league affilition so it didnt go any further...best part was the other team was far and away the favorit and we were down by 5 runs bottom of the 2th (it ended after 7) with 2outs with our worst player up to bat (not me, I was average at best) and he hit a double with his eyes closed to start a rally...

...also won 2 different softball championships over last 5 years

...and intramural freshman basketball championship. down by 2 1 second on clock our guys goes to the line shooting 2 and hits both

Two time state champion wrestler at 195. Went undefeated on a Little League team but we lost in regionals for the world series so I guess that doesn't count. Crap, I can't think of anything else. I suck.

Wow I was thinking about this exact topic yesterday.

My pathetic "wins":

A Magic: the Gathering tournament of about 50 people, 14 years ago.

I had the highest AHSME + AIME (math competitions http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AHSME) in the state when I was in high school.

It's been all downhill since then. I've won several live poker tournaments with 50-100 players but figure those are largely irrelevant since there's so much luck involved.

I won a state championship in wrestling at 145#s. Numerous other tournaments along the way.

I'm a svelte 210#s now

Which state?

I was first in CIF and Masters in California, 3rd in the State as a junior (tore my ACL playing football my senior year). I wrestled 152s - am around 200 now (I did play football in college and gained a ton of muscle for that though).

First place in several mock trial tournaments in law school.

Won tons of stuff for sports and school in grade school.

Men's league basketball team a couple years ago. I made a thread about it because it took me 22 seasons of basketball to finally win a championship.

League 1500 meter run senior year of high school.

I pretty much always finish exams or in-class essays first.
