There are many guys who would be more attractive if they maintained their eyebrows. Trimming may suffice for some, others need to either pluck/wax because they are too bushy. IMO, this is a simple step that would vastly improve the appearance of lots of dude.

I feel vindicated. I've honestly never gotten anything but positive feedback from girls with regard to this so it doesn't really surprise me.

I'll admit I pluck my eyebrows and used to get them waxed when I lived in the States because it was just easier and cheap. They aren't super-stylized like you may be thinking, just cleaning the area up a bit. I wouldn't have a unibrow or anything but my eyebrows are naturally a bit busher than desired.
