He says it's from friends, and the ludicrously high rate of interest was his suggestion. Another symptom of the distorted gambler's mindset: he thinks he is going to win so much he'll have no problem paying it back. Instead, he'll be four grand in the hole, with no job and finding it impossible to pay his mortgage, his friends, or - and this, no doubt, is the only bit that matters - play poker. |
