It doesn't sound like that to me at all. It sounds like they read your complaint and actually listened and tried to do something about it. When somebody puts down a 'reason' they are cancelling that's kind of an invitation to the company to address that problem. And they seemed pretty polite about it too. It was pretty much like, "Well, if that's the only problem then we would be happy to fix that for you. However, if you still want to cancel then obviously you can do that too." [/ QUOTE ] you know that really does make sense. i was just so annoyed at the time w/ the whole situtation and felt i was manipulated by the company, i didnt want to listen to any thing they had to say. i actually hadnt thought of it from the angle youre saying which probably makes more sense. |
