16. Why are seeking a math degree at MIT if you want be an actress? Am I the only one who felt that college was a waste of time and moeny because you dont have to learn anything to pass a class, just how to pass a test? Wouldnt life better if instead of wasting 4-8 years in college people had saved that money and actually done something worth while with their time?

It's easy yo'. I knew it was going to be like either theater or math. I flirted briefly with the physics 8B major which is like physics lite (at MIT, which means it's like physics majors at every other school) and would allow me to also concentrate in math. But I got burned in 8.022 as a freshman. I also know that given the direction physics is headed you basically have to have had a strong theoretical math background so starting math now allows me to go to physics, but not necessarily vice versa.

But mostly cuz it's hella easy with minimal requirements and I have uberflexibility with my schedule plus i'm graduating after only 3 years.

Afterwards - I'm not smart enough for grad school. I'll be a lackey for my mom and try to be a movie star.
