that 2-4 example that SlimPickens posted really has very little to do with sit and go play, and more poker in general.

what i find absurd is that no one considered doing this before publishing the book

In this forum, someone urged 2+2 to do just that months ago.

It may even have been you.

I agree. Someone should have caught that even without much knowledge of SNGs. I mean... I caught it on the first pass. It must have been fairly obvious.

Good thinking. Maybe you could get 2+2 to proof read it for you.

Can we enumerate the flaws in his first instructional video?

Was just browsing the blogs at stoxpoker.com and noticed the following announcement:

Breaking News And Notices From Stoxpoker

We are pleased to introduce Mat Matros (author of "The Making Of A Poker Player" and Collin Moshman (author of "Sit'n Go Strategy") as a StoxPoker Tournament Coaches . Matt's emphasis will be on MTT's while Collin's focus will be on SNG videos.

He has two videos put up:

Collin 10/03/07 Video 139. This is the inaugural video by StoxPoker SNG Pro Colling Moshman (Author of "The SitNGo Book" published by 2+2). Collin's first video focuses on foundational concepts to success in SNG play. Collin also presents a video tutorial of "SitNGo Wizard" . . . a common software tool for evaluating your SNG play. Duration 15 minutes.

Collin 10/03/07 Video 140. Collin goes from the theoretical in Video 139 to playing and analysis on a $335 Turbo SNG. Duration 52 minutes.

Interesting note: Collin's stars screename: Hero
