Across from the veteran's hospital? have you ever tried the "Fish and Chips" restaurant on willow near the laundramat? I always was curious as to how it stayed in business.

Of course I've eaten at Jonathan's Fish and Chips. Several times. Good catfish, decent hush puppies. I think I'm the only white dude who ever went in there. The pizza place that's nearby is also good. Very good people who run it. I used to live in that god-forsaken neighborhood during grad school. I always kept a loaded .357 on my nightstand.
