Great DVD TV series that are finished

Twin Peaks for sure.
Also Deadwood- I think it is cancelled after 2 seasons, but there is talk of a couple of wrap-up shows to end it.

The Stand is a decent mini-series.

It's great...but very dry. Too dry to be a drama, although it's not exactly a comedy either.

Deadwood had three seasons. I don't know if the third was a full season though.

Good series. Unfortunately retail DVD's have not been released yet. If you're wanting to find some homebrew DVD's of episodes, they're available on ebay.
