Hey I called my minnesota rep Norm Coleman. Talked to a recpetionist and she just typed what I said down said thank you and goodbye. It sounded like I was not the first caller as she completed one of my sentences for me, HEH. I take that as a sign she is slightly annoyed by the volume of the calls so try and differentiate yourself when you call. I recommend being polite but try to establish some dialogue if you can guys. I rate my effectiveness at about a 5/10. Please call.
