Thanks bro, I do have Adobe Reader though. I receive PDF files pretty often for work and have no problem opening them. On my old laptop (different company), the internet PDF files launched in Adobe too.

Another thing; when I mouse over the link I have no option to "right click" (where I could save target). Weird.

Those bastages gave you a MAC! Run! Run away!

Actually, perhaps you just need to set Adobe reader as the default program for .pdf files.

Right click on a .pdf file and select "open with". Select Adobe Reader and check the box that asks you if you always want this program to open this type of file.

Either that, or Adobe reader wasn't installed correctly.

Good to see you around my man! Slacka

Hi Slacka!

Eh...it's a ThinkPad, decent machine.

I found a PDF file on my desktop, and it IS setup to open with Adobe. For grins, I selected "open with" and chose Explorer. It opened an Explorer window...........blank (opens fine with Adobe).

My new work laptop doesn't load PDF file URL links. It launches a new window...says "done" (small, bottom left), but the page is completely blank. I've gone through some of the internet security options, but nothing really jumps out at me (i.e. not a whole lot disabled). Any clues?

Search google for Click Here - seriously.

Edit - n/m I see that you already have adobe reader.
