i just deposited on two poker sites, its been 20 minutes and none of the deposits have registered. im trying to look at the online statement page and it's giving me the message "Your balance is not currently available. Please try again later."

I believe this was answered earlier, but I can't seem to find it,
I just deposited with the sole purpose of being able to link my EPass account to this site and be able to cash out ASAP. Does anyone know if I can immediately withdraw after depositting or if I have to play a certain amount of hands or wait for a certain period of time?

these two deposits i made still haven't registered. i first emailed support, and they didnt respond. then i called them and as expected they were unhelpful. they told me to contact the poker sites and ask them what was wrong. i was like, you're telling me two different sites would screw up the deposits at the same time, and he was like yea. what a [censored] joke. no clue if i ever will get this money back. just wanted to warn people here.

FWIW, I just depositted on Cake and had no problems. My funds were available within miniutes.

I gave tips on this earlier in the thread. Seriously, call them EVERY DAY. I learned this the hard way during the initial "identify verification" BS. When I requested a limits increase, I called every day and asked for a priority ticket. They gave me the runaround, and I got a lot of conflicting responses, but all said and done it took ~week when I really hassled them. Good luck.

i love that when you email them to add money they respond in an hour, when you want to remove money or deal with documents they never respond ever

I went to my New Alliance bank ATM this morning to withdraw my $300 as I have done many times, including yesterday.

The transaction was rejected for "insufficient funds". I checked my balance and had $325 on my card. That should cover the $302 for the ATM transaction.

Anyone else having troubles?
