Negreanu was 21st and Ivey busted somewhere in the 40's. If you go through the reporting over previous days in this link you can probably find Ivey's exact position too.

So on Day Three of this tournament Phil Hellmuth said something to Bruno Fitoussi along the lines of:

Phil: "This guy can't even spell poker. How much do you want to bet that you won't make the final table?"
Bruno: "Phil, I don't need the money. We can bet $5 million. I don't give a sh*t."

Has anyone posted on this (I certainly don't read threads after I post in them) and/or has anything become of it? Could be a good storyline for ESPN to focus around.

I think WSOP has pretty strict rules against this sort of thing. Though they might agree to this kind of thing in private. I doubt it though.

Besides, bracelets mean so much, and this one especially so. Can't chop that.

Lol . no and no.

WSOP has always allowed chops.
There have even been times when it got headsup one player just "bought" the bracelet from the other. Elezra and Scotty. lol no chops.

I think Phil would pick a "different" picture.

I knew this would get confusing.

Right this minute I'm in Massachusetts for the summer playing at Foxwoods/Rockingham Park/Turning Stone/any random games I find while driving around to places so I can get the 50k needed to buy into this event next year =P. Family is originally from Finland, lives in Massachusetts now, and I live in New Orleans. Fun stuff.

Anyway, nothing of the Fitoussi/Hellmuth fiasco? Maybe worldseriesofpoker.com made it a bigger deal than it was.
