I tried to PM this to Taylor, will just copy it here:

"Hello Taylor,

When I went to the upgrade account screen, entered in my CC information for the $125 charge, there was a redirection error. I checked my online banking and there is a pending charge, but I am not a gold member on cardrunners. Any assistance is appreciated."

Four month rule is still in effect - email admin to get signup fee waived.

As for the charge...not sure what the issue is there. Email admin and explain what has happened.

Honestly, I've been told that in some cases it is the person's CPU but in most it's just the DNS hasn't been updated across the internet and it takes some time. If you can't get into the site at all, that is probably the issue. If the issue is with downloading/streaming videos, you are better off emailing support and explaining the exact problem and they are working on it.

Thanks,
tc

Default Re: Hosts

to all guys having problem with saving the hosts-file. are you using windows vista? this could be the reason for the problem. if you use vista, try one of the following things:
a) In windows vista, in the Control Panel - User Account management --> disable User Account Control (UAC)
b) right-click on the hosts-file and click on "take ownership". if there is no such entry, you can do this manually. there is a little program that adds this entry, but i can't find it right now.

bottom right. You probably haven't entered your new security questions in though so that won't work. email admin and explain what happened and we will reset it.

The site still won't let me login. I get a incorrect username/password error - I am sure it is correct.

Username: angavar

I'm in Australia if that matters.
